Provide high-quality, skilled nursing care under RN supervision, following each patient’s care planMonitor patient conditions and report changes to the care teamAdminister treatments, manage medications, and assist with medical devices as neededEducate patients and families on care procedures, self-care, and health maintenanceDocument all services provided following professional standards and privacy regulationsWhat You’ll Need
Required :
Active, unencumbered LPN licenseGraduate of an accredited nursing programCurrent hands-on CPR certification (training assistance available)TB test within the past 12 monthsReliable transportationPhysical ability to lift, reposition patients, and respond to emergenciesPreferred :
At least 6 months of recent clinical experienceExperience in home health or private duty careYour Work, Your Schedule, Their Comfort.
