Maintenance Program

Facilities Trade is responsible for compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws to assure a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times. Performs as physical security detail for the organization. Performs routine assigned duties according to specific detailed written procedures. Must be capable of independent decision making during emergency or unusual situations

Education & Training :

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience :

Must have training or experience in basic carpentry, plumbing, electricity, painting and machinery repair

Must read well enough to follow written instructions

Must write well enough to communicate with others

Licenses & Certification :

Current Tennessee motor vehicle operators permit
