Entry-Level Machine Operator

Metzgers is looking for an Entry-Level Production Team Member.

The primary responsibilities of this position role will include...

Operate production machinery in accordance with print and specification.

Assigned machines may include folders / cutters, stitch-trimmer, dye cutter, and similar equipment.

Produce the required quality of material within the established specification.  Inspect proof sheets to ensure the quality of printing.  Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What you will need to be successful :

• High school diploma or equivalent An individual that is mechanically inclined.  Ability to follow directions and work well as a team.
• Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.  The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.  Good attendance.   Powered by JazzHR
