Surgical Duties :
Assist orthopedic surgeons during operative procedures, including preoperative preparation and postoperative management.
Perform surgical first-assist duties, including tissue retraction, hemostasis, and wound closure.
Ensure surgical instruments, implants, and materials are properly prepared and utilized.
Manage pre- and post-operative rounds, dressing changes, and discharge planning.
