The Position :
The Senior Tax Accountant will be responsible for assisting with the completion of our US and international direct tax matters, including income tax provisions, extensions, quarterly estimates, and tax compliance. This role requires expertise in federal tax with some state and international tax exposure, as well as experience integrating international subsidiaries into the US tax returns. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical tax knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments in a dynamic environment.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
Support US federal and state tax planning and compliance, including the preparation and filing of all federal and state tax returnsSupport foreign federal and state tax planning and compliance, including the preparation and filing of all foreign tax returnsPrepare workpapers for ASC 740 calculations and related disclosures, including federal, state, and local income tax footnote disclosuresIncorporate IRC 965 CFCs E&P into consolidated federal income tax returnsPrepare quarterly federal and state estimated tax payments and extensionsAssist with federal, state, and local tax audits, resolving notices and other tax-related disputesPerform account reconciliations for various US and foreign tax accountsResearch and analyze federal, state, and international tax laws, preparing technical documentation on tax issues and their impact on the companySupport and participate in the organization's Continual Improvement Program to conform to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy and procedures and meeting QMS and ISMS objectivesQualifications :
2+ years of direct tax experience at a large accounting firm or a multi-national companyBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldActive CPA license, EA, CTA, CTC or MBA a plusKnowledge and Skills :
