In conjunction with the care team, the RN will deliver individualized and empathetic care using established nursing frameworks. The RN advocates for patients and demonstrates a commitment to excellence in alignment with our organizational values.\n
• Regularly assesses patient pain and implements effective pain management strategies.\n
• Performs medical procedures as directed, ensuring careful documentation of patient care.\n
• Responds promptly to patient needs and anticipates their requirements.\n
• Educates patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-management practices.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.\n
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.\n
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification required within 1 year of hire.\n
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 90 days of hire.\n
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification required within 90 days of hire.\n
• Pediatrics Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required within 90 days of hire.\n
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) required within 1 year of hire.\n
• Registered Nurse license.\n
