Senior Growth Consultant

The Senior Growth Consultant is responsible for the development and advancement of prescriptive growth and brand engagement strategies on behalf of and in partnership with Century 21 franchisees within a defined territory. An emphasis is placed on the three key pillars of Retention Growth Optimization to achieve specific performance metrics and deliver a world-class brand value customer experience. This position will also independently lead assigned processes and projects at the direction of the Regional Vice President, as needed. Responsibilities include : increasing franchise performance and engagement by supporting a dedicated Book of Business, many of which are high-expectation, top-tier organizations; lead field support of Franchise Sales in identified focus markets; owning field team-managed objectives in growth areas; driving an increase of specific key performance indicators; ensuring the impactful and prescriptive alignment and application of internal brand resources; leading complex client consulting engagements; proactively leading franchise renewal efforts; closely coordinating brand leadership involvement; partnering with and supporting newly onboarded Franchise Performance Consultants; identifying and escalating movement within franchise servicing profiles; developing and delivering scheduled National, Regional, and / or Book of Business virtual education sessions; managing elements of contractual changes, deal term approval process, and A / R and compliance issues; and leading assigned processes and projects within the Region at the direction of the Regional VP.

The successful candidate will have : 5+ years of account management or business consulting experience required, preferably with large and complex brokerages / businesses; real estate industry or franchise experience strongly preferred; high degree of influence, relationship management, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills; adaptive, creative problem-solver, strategic, outcome-based thinker; superior communication and people skills; goal-driven professional; strong organizational and choice management skills; knowledge of current and future real estate industry practices, trends, technologies, and information affecting the business and organization; and field-based position with the ability to travel up to 30%.
