Delivering operational excellence, working in all aspects of the restaurant to gain critical experience and knowledge of how to effectively and independently operate a crucial element of this multi-million dollar businessIncreasing profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, & promote salesProviding the highest quality of guest service through all contact pointsMaintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safetyAssisting the Executive Director in casting the vision, managing costs, establishing systems, and leading day-to-day operationsAssisting the Executive Director in strategizing and executing Marketing, Social Media, and SalesCreate and track monthly and annual outside sales goals for catering, food truck, and CFA deliveryPlan and organize events inside and outside of the restaurantSupport restaurant operations during periods of non-peak outside sales time periodsLead special projects and captain-ships assigned by the Owner / OperatorBackground Profile
