Regional Solutions Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Solutions Engineering (Regional) to enhance presales impact across the Regional segment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Regional Solutions Engineers to deliver tailored solutions and demonstrate business value

Ensure early engagement of SEs in deals, positioning them as trusted advisors for value-based discovery and demos

Build scalable processes and best practices to maximize team performance across diverse territories

Required Qualifications

Proven leadership experience managing presales or technical sales teams, preferably in SaaS or public safety technology

Strong background in sales engineering, including technical discovery and solution design

Experience in building scalable processes and performance metrics

Clear and confident communication skills to represent customer needs and company vision

Domain knowledge in law enforcement or public safety is a strong plus
