Specific responsibilities of the Staff Accountant include :

Assist with the close and consolidation process and preparation of financial statements, including analysis of results, resolution of differences and communication of unexpected or unusual variances

Perform monthly account reconciliations and analysis

Work closely with multiple departments and accounting and finance team members

Assist with the internal reporting function related to the monthly management reporting package and other GAAP and non-GAAP metrics

Interface with external auditors for annual audits, including preparation of financial statements, schedules and documentation

Month end close duties : journal entries, account reconciliations, stock based compensation

Preferred Qualifications of the Staff Accountant :

2+ years of experience

Public accounting experience preferred or straight industry (multinational company experience)

CPA or CPA tracking

Manufacturing industry experience

B.S. in Accounting

$80,000-$95,000
