We are seeking a skilled and dependable

• Plumbing & HVAC Technician
• to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in both residential and light commercial plumbing and / or HVAC systems, capable of diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining a variety of systems efficiently and professionally. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems including water lines, drain lines, fixtures, water heaters, pumps, and related components.
• Perform HVAC system installations, maintenance, and repairs, including furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and ventilation systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and determine the best solutions for long-term system performance.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, explaining work performed and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency services when needed.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle in clean and working order.
• Qualifications :
• Education :
• High school diploma or GED required. Completion of a plumbing or HVAC technical program preferred.
• Experience :
• Minimum 2–5 years of plumbing and / or HVAC field experience.
• Licenses / Certifications :
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Plumbing license or apprentice card (depending on state requirements).
• EPA 608 Certification (for HVAC work).
• Additional HVAC certifications (NATE, HVAC Excellence, etc.) are a plus.
• Skills & Abilities :
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and / or HVAC systems, components, and code compliance.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks in various conditions.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $18.26 - $36.51 per hour
