Clearance Requirement : Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; Ability to obtain & maintain a Top-Secret clearance required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of construction projects awarded under Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Service Orders, from initial planning to final closeout, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of project requirements
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans
• Develop scopes of work, project estimates and project proposals
• Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, including safety and environmental regulations
• Work closely with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work and adherence to quality standards
• Communicate regularly with the client to provide project status updates and ensure their satisfaction with project progress
• Manage project change orders and scope changes to ensure they are properly documented and approved
• Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and project controls, to ensure successful project execution
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the work is being performed in accordance with plans and specifications
• Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and daily reports
• Participate in project meetings, including pre-construction, progress, and close-out meetings
• Ensure project closeout procedures are followed, including completion of punch lists, final inspections, and turnover of project documentation to the client
