Deliver safe and effective radiation therapy treatments, ensuring patient confidentiality and dignityOperate and monitor therapeutic equipment, troubleshoot issues, and report malfunctionsSupport special procedures, clinical training, and onboarding of new therapists and studentsMaintain accurate patient records, treatment parameters, and billing codesProvide coverage for emergencies, weekends, and multiple radiation oncology locations as requiredRequirements
Graduation from an approved school of Radiation Therapy TechnologyARRT Certification and Connecticut Licensure (required)BLS Certification (preferred)Minimum 5 years of radiation therapy experience, including 1–3 years in radiation oncologyStrong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs, assist patients with mobility, and work in high-stress clinical environmentsEqual Opportunity Employer
