Shasta Regional Medical Center, a member of the esteemed Prime Healthcare system, is seeking a  dynamic and experienced Medical Director / Clinical Physician  to join our leadership team in Redding, CA. This position offers an opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the delivery of high-quality medical care and services within the community.

Role Overview :

Oversee and coordinate all medical care and quality of services provided at the clinic

Serve as a member of the Medical Management Staff, collaborating with the Executive Director and Board of Directors

Establish and monitor clinic quality goals to ensure consistent excellence in patient care

Provide direct patient care in a  primary care and / or urgent care setting

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary :  $350,000 - $400,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Sign-On Bonus :  $50,000

Position Requirements

35 years of experience in  Internal Medicine or Family Practice

2 years of  Medical Director  experience preferred

Active California Medical License (MD / DO)

Current DEA Registration

California Board of Pharmacy Controlled Substance Certificate
