What you’ll do

Support the setup of market strategies by conducting market research, analyzing trends, and identifying growth opportunities

• This role is based 2 days in office out of our Chanhassen, MN site location
• Assist in implementing strategic plans, tracking execution, and providing feedback for continuous improvement
• Enhance customer intimacy by gathering insights, supporting engagement initiatives, and identifying unmet needs
• Gain exposure to commercial functions and explore future career opportunities within Henkel’s Adhesives business

What makes you a good fit

An undergraduate student (junior or senior) pursuing a degree in Engineering, Chemical is preferred.

Strong product understanding, with the ability to quickly learn and articulate technical features and benefits

Social selling awareness, including familiarity with digital engagement tools and customer interaction strategies

Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies

Effective communication and collaboration, especially in cross-functional and customer-facing environments

This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.

The anticipated start date for this internship is January 10, 2026, and the anticipated end date is March 2026.
