Employment Type : Full-Time, 12-Hour Shifts

Compensation : $38–$45 per hour, DOE

Incentives : Differential pay for Nights / Weekends

Overview

A well-established Drug Treatment Facility in Bandera, Texas, is adding RNs to its recovery program. Join a compassionate care team helping adults through detoxification and rehabilitation in a safe, therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care during detox and recovery phases.

Monitor patients under CIWA / COWS guidelines.

Communicate progress to multidisciplinary teams.

Educate patients and families on recovery maintenance.

Qualifications

Valid Texas RN license; BLS certification required.

One year of experience in behavioral health or acute care.

Team-oriented with excellent clinical and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

$38–$45 / hr plus shift differential.

12-hour shifts (Days / Nights).
