Hospital system in southern New Jersey is adding a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to their hospitalist team! With a growing population in the area post-COVID, the program is expanding to accommodate this new shift.

Details :

  • Location - 5 Miles South of Atlantic City
  • Hours - 7 on, 7 off (7a to 7p) - DAYSHIFT or NIGHTSHIFT
  • Experience - Ideally ED / ICU experience, but not required
  • Setting - Hospital Environment
  • Competitive pay and awesome benefits
  • Quality bonus, $3 per RVU, can pick up extra shifts if desired

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients
  • Perform procedures such as catheterization and aseptic techniques
  • Administer basic life support when necessary
  • Provide behavioral health support and counseling to patients
  • Manage acute pain and provide inhalation therapy
  • Assist with dialysis procedures

    • Qualifications :

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
  • Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Proficiency in acute care, pediatrics, and behavioral health
  • Strong skills in aseptic techniques and catheterization
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team
