Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) to serve students in Mansfield, Texas. Compensation Packages
Local Candidates (Mansfield area) :
Hourly pay range : $43$50
Weekly take-home : $1,593$1,718 (based on 3640 hour weeks)
Full-time, school-based schedule with weekly direct deposit
Travel Candidates (open to relocation for the assignment) :
Equivalent take-home pay range : $1,593$1,718 after tax-free housing and meal stipends
Compensation structured with a low taxable hourly base + stipends
Relocation and travel support included

Job Responsibilities
Provide specialized instruction to students who are deaf or hard of hearing
Develop and implement IEPs in compliance with district and IDEA standards
Collaborate with general education staff, interpreters, and families to ensure student success
Integrate assistive technology and communication strategies into classroom instruction
Document progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Deaf Education or related field
Valid Texas teaching certification with DHH endorsement (or eligibility prior to start date)
Knowledge of IDEA and IEP development
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to pass state and district background screenings
