With your previous experience in Asset Protection, you possess hands-on ability to lead projects relating to shrink, shortage, salvage, and physical security.
What You Get To Do Everyday
Leading, advising and developing Asset Protection Investigators and Specialists
Providing developmental direction and feedback to hourly associates on performance of daily duties
Coordinating shrink reduction programs in partnership with Operations Management and Senior Asset Protection staff
Executing shrink reduction initiatives in areas of awareness, audits, and training
Investigating incidents, accidents, and situations that may affect the assets of the company while partnering with Operations Supervisors to ensure compliance with all security / Asset Protection processes and procedures
Inspecting security systems and controls to ensure merchandise, the building, and associates are protected
Participates in safety committees, shrink committees and daily operations meetings
Advises the Asset Protection team during emergency situations
Participates in internal investigations involving employee theft, harassment, etc.
Knowledge of security procedures, protocols, and systems
What You Bring To The Role
Minimum Requirements :
1 -2 years of Asset Protection Supervisor or Asset Protection Supervisor experience in a distribution center, fulfillment center or retail setting
Knowledge of investigation / interviewing skills
Strong communicator, informal doer and motivator
4 - 6 years of work experience
Experience with G Suite Software
Preferred Requirements :
Bachelor's degree preferred
Wicklander / Zulawski Certification preferred

The expected hourly rate for this role is $26.52-$31.49. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
