Salary :
RYCO Lease & Repair, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Heavy Equipment Field Technician with a minimum of 3 years of experience in maintaining and servicing heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong diagnostic skills and a thorough understanding of various equipment brands, particularly KOMATSU, CAT, and John Deere.
Key Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and repair late and newer model KOMATSU, CAT, and John Deere heavy equipment (among others).
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on Tier 4 final engines, including troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs to ensure equipment functionality.
- Replace hydraulic hoses and rebuild hydraulic cylinders as needed.
- Carry out A / C unit repairs
- Perform oil and fluid changes.
- Complete general maintenance and repairs on aggregate screening equipment in the field.
- Research and request parts and materials necessary to perform assigned repairs.
- Utilize a fleet maintenance program for tracking and reporting service activities.
- Communicate effectively with operators daily to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.Class B CDL and a valid medical card are required; an acceptable driving record is essential.Strong knowledge of diagnosing and repairing Tier 4 final engines.Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and hydraulic system repairs.Ability to perform general maintenance and repairs on aggregate screening equipment.Familiarity with using a fleet maintenance program.Must provide own basic tools; specialty tools will be provided by RYCO.Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a field setting.What We Offer :
