In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the product development process, from tracking sample materials to coordinating with vendors and internal teams. You will ensure products are on schedule and ready for review, helping the team make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Sample Management : Order, track, and manage sample materials and garment samples to ensure timely delivery.
• Vendor & Supplier Communication : Serve as the primary contact for vendors and suppliers regarding sample requests, invoices, and updates.
• Internal Collaboration : Work closely with design, merchandising, and product development teams to keep everyone aligned on timelines and requirements.
• Reporting & Documentation : Maintain and update sample trackers, cost reports, and readiness dashboards to provide clear insights to the team.
• Process Support : Identify areas for improvement in workflows and proactively support the product development process.
• Administrative Support : Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure a smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.
