Maintenance Mechanic

What youll do : The

Facility Maintenance

Mechanic

is responsible for the repair and preventative maintenance for the facility and equipment. This includes the repair / maintenance of forklifts, scissor lifts, aerial boom lifts, building ventilation and HVAC systems, trade equipment, plumbing, etc.

What you need to succeed :

To succeed, you will be eager to grow and learn, have a great attitude, and be able to pay close attention to detail.

3+ years as a mechanic, working on various mechanical systems

Auto and equipment rental mechanics are highly encouraged to apply.

Stand / walk for 8+ hours per day

Frequent use of stairs, ramps, ladders and stools

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

Occasional periods of overhead work

Bend, kneel and crawl on a regular basis

Wear necessary personal protection equipment including respiratory protection equipment, safety glasses / goggles, rubber gloves, coveralls, hearing protection, fall protection, etc.

Clear vision (with or without corrective lenses)

Hearing as needed to recognize alarms
