Harbour Dental Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our patient-focused, fast-paced dental practice.

Salary :

• $22-25 / hour Key Responsibilities : Perform expanded functions such as placing restorations, taking impressions, and applying sealants and fluoride (as allowed by state regulations) Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and operatory rooms Educate patients on oral hygiene, pre- and post-operative care Document patient records accurately and efficiently Take digital x-rays and intraoral photos Contribute to a positive and efficient workflow within the clinical team Qualifications : Current EFDA certification Radiology and CPR certification (required) Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience (EFDA experience preferred) Familiarity with dental software Denticon is a plus Excellent chairside manner, communication, and teamwork skills A positive attitude and strong work ethic What We Offer : Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and holidays Supportive and respectful work culture Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance 401K COMPENSATION :   $23 - $26 / hour Powered by JazzHR
