WMAR-TV is hiring : Videographer / Commercial Production, WMAR in Baltimore

Overview WMAR, The E.W. Scripps Company ABC affiliate in Baltimore, Maryland, is seeking a talented Videographer to join our Commercial Production team. Youll use your technical expertise and creative vision to showcase our clients' businesses and products across multiple platforms.

What you'll do Capture and edit visual content for multiple platforms.

Operate and maintain live equipment including microwave, satellite and related content gathering equipment.

Work in tandem with Sales and station personnel to create and develop content and commercials.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need Associates degree in related discipline preferred

Generally 2+ years of experience in related field preferred

What you'll bring Proficiency with lighting and computer based editing

Proficiency with live microwave truck operation

Knowledge and demonstration of creativity and technical ability

Knowledge of and proficiency in posting content to station's websites

Able to work efficiently under multiple deadlines on a daily basis

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to provide proof of insurance with the company required insurance limits

Compensation Hourly : $13.29 - $39.46. Salary range posted is specific to candidates who will perform this work in Maryland, per state and local salary transparency laws.
