About The Position

Job Title : Ultrasound Tech

Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

Specialty : General Ultrasound

Duration : 12 weeks

Shift : Day 4x10-Hour

Hours per Shift : 10 hours

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience required, pediatric experience required.

License : GA or Compact license must be in hand at the time of submission.

Certifications : BLS, ARDMS

Must-Have :

• Pediatric experience required
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Orientation hours : 13
• Scrub color : Ceil blue
• RTO : Maximum 7 days
• Weekend coverage : Every other weekend unless specified

Description :

The candidate must have pediatric experience.

The position requires a minimum of two years of experience.

First-time applicants are not accepted.

There is a possibility of floating within department assignments.

The candidate may be needed for nights and weekend call requirements.

If one major holiday occurs during the assignment period, the candidate is expected to work it.

If two major holidays fall within the assignment period, the candidate is expected to work both.

If three major holidays occur during the assignment period, the candidate is expected to work two of them.

Major holidays listed include New Year’s Eve, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Compliance is required to start on time.

Candidate review will determine clinical fit.

References from two supervisory sources are highly preferred upon submission.

RTO requirements must be submitted with the application.

If three major holidays occur, one holiday RTO request can be reviewed for approval.
