Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for onboarding strategic planning and client relationship management
Lead discovery sessions to gather and document detailed business requirements
Assess and mitigate risks related to project discovery and communicate project expectations effectively
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in the benefit administration industry
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in Health & Welfare benefits administration, client onboarding, or SaaS solution implementation
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Experience leading multiple complex projects with successful outcomes
