job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or maintenance concerns within the location. Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and property management as needed. Document all incidents and activities according to Allied Universal protocols. Assist with access control and monitor entry points to help to deter unauthorized access. Support emergency response efforts and coordinate with local authorities as directed. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Job Description
As a Security Professional - Unarmed Residential Patrols in Falls Church, VA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for residents and visitors. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. You will be a visible representative of Allied Universal, working as part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, and always puts people first. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
