Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate (Employment Law)

Qualifications

Strong legal research and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting legal documents and correspondence

Client consultation and case management experience

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Admitted to the bar in New Jersey (required or willing to hire pending bar results)

Experience in litigation or a specific area of law pertinent to the firm's practice
