Flexible workload, typically 10–20 hours per week with option to increase to 40 hours

Role Responsibilities

  • Write, review, and validate prompt-based questions to train AI in graphic and UI design workflows.
  • Ensure each prompt and response accurately reflects real-world visual design processes and standards.
  • Collaborate on simulating multi-modal design workflows, specifically excluding UX design tasks.
  • Maintain clear communication and strong attention to detail throughout all tasks.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Strong experience in graphic or UI design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, creative aesthetics, and quality of work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with LLMs and generative AI prompting is a plus.

    • Interview Process

  • AI interview involving a ~25-minute screen-sharing task showcasing your design fundamentals and creativity.
  • Portfolio submission for final evaluation and selection.
