The Field Technician provides technical support to a large, varied user group. Responsible for student account creation, inventory control, and overseeing various technical projects.

Responsibilities :

• Serves as integral member of the technology team and support the values, mission and goals of Constellation and its schools.
• Utilizes organizational skills to create student network accounts with precision.
• Manages project resources during project implementation (people, equipment, purchased services, etc.)
• Identifies, coordinates, and oversees projects with Educational Technology Supervisor, Technology Director and other Field Technicians.
• Supports a collaborative working environment in which technology resources are available so that staff can perform efficiently and students can be successful learners.
• Communicates effectively with administrative staff, school principals and teachers.
• Installs, configures, maintains and troubleshoots all :

computer hardware and software

The starting hourly rate for this position is $20-24hr . Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Paid Time Off : The amount of Paid Time Off (PTO) employees accrue is determined by both their position and the length of their employment term. 19 days of paid time off for 12-month roles.
