Spanish Customer Service Representative

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for remote roles in Texas, Nevada, and Idaho.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer support

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, Live Chat, and SMS

Research and resolve complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken

High School Diploma

Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to type 50+ words per minute

1+ years of customer service, help desk, or call center experience preferred
