Job Summary

This highly visible position is responsible for leading efforts related to enterprise strategy, planning, and execution and has a significant impact on setting and advancing enterprise goals.

Required Job Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree and general industry experience or consulting experience at a top tier consulting firm
• Management experience
• Strategy Development / Planning / Implementation : Strong knowledge of corporate strategy core skill sets; strong experience formulating, planning, and implementing strategy.
• Analysis / Synthesis / Insight Generation : Strong ability to lead quantitative and qualitative analysis, provide insights and implications, inform decision making, and make recommendations / prioritize new opportunities to pursue.
• Critical Thinking / Problem Solving : Strong ability to identify and resolve complex problems with minimal oversight.
• Project Management : Strong experience managing complex projects with minimal oversight.
• Collaboration and Interpersonal Effectiveness : Strong ability to build strong connections with people and teams, drive results by working across the matrixed environment, and work directly with senior leadership.
• Communication Skills : Strong ability to communicate effectively with all levels, including senior executives; robust verbal, written and visual communications skills.
• Team Leadership and Development : Strong experience leading and proactively developing team members.
• Ability to work within a very fast-paced, quickly evolving organization and manage multiple, complex priorities.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$158,300.00 - $293,800.00
