Integrated Management System Manager
This role is responsible for the Quality function at Parco, driving standardization and consistency throughout the GI organization in the Americas.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the quality management system in relation to AS9100, ISO 9000, and NADCAP standards.
- Supervise quality and material development department staff and activities.
- Assist other departments in resolving quality issues.
- Support departments in enhancing product and process quality and handling quality-related matters.
- Recommend product and process improvements to the president and department heads.
- Represent the quality department in meetings at Parco.
- Schedule and oversee internal audits.
- Manage the corrective action program.
- Handle customer and vendor complaint processes.
- Visit customers to discuss quality-related matters.
- Represent Parco during second-party and third-party audits.
- Respond to customer requests for non-routine quality projects and information.
- Lead efforts to standardize and ensure consistency of quality departments in other locations.
Experience Required
At least five years managing the quality function in a small-to-medium-sized manufacturing environment.
Education Required
College degree with an emphasis in engineering or business administration.
Skills
Strong supervisory skills.Ability to train and develop subordinates.Thorough knowledge of popular quality system standards.Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office programs.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong technical writing skills.Knowledge of rubber seal manufacturing processes is preferred.Our Offer to You
