Company Summary : We are seeking an immediate hire to join a leading Structural Engineering company based in Seattle. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, a results-driven mindset, and a desire to contribute to an energetic and talented team.
The Structural Engineer in Training will be responsible for :
- Preparing designs and construction documents across commercial and residential projects
- Assisting in drafting and designing plans for projects under the guidance of senior engineers and the Project Manager (PM)
- Reviewing building codes and standards to ensure compliance in design work
- Supporting construction administration tasks, including field visits, addressing RFIs, and generating revisions
- Maintaining project logs and providing regular updates to the PM and clients using project management software
