TAX MANAGER
What You’ll Do :
- Review corporate, individual, partnership, and other tax returns prepared by associates—providing both technical accuracy and coaching feedback.
- Lead and mentor staff on multiple projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Work directly with clients—managing engagements from start to finish and building strong relationships.
- Research and resolve complex tax matters; provide planning and consulting support.
- Develop staff through training, feedback, and structured delegation.
- Contribute to firm growth through client development, networking, and community involvement.
