About the Role

As a PTA, you’ll work closely under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to help patients recover strength, restore movement, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. You’ll be an essential part of a collaborative care team that values empathy, skill, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities :

Assist in executing individualized treatment plans

Provide guided therapeutic exercises and hands-on interventions

Monitor patient responses and document progress

Educate patients and families on continued care

Communicate regularly with PTs and other members of the care team

Requirements

Active Florida PTA license (or willing to obtain)

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Current BLS certification

Minimum of 1 year of recent PTA experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
