Licensed Commercial Lines Broker

A company is looking for a Division Broking Leader - Commercial Lines.

Key Responsibilities

Lead placement strategy to achieve optimal outcomes for clients and prospective clients

Drive competitive coverage placement and negotiate cost, coverage, and capacity targets

Manage relationships with underwriting managers and participate in client meetings

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum 10 years of industry experience in risk management and insurance brokerage

At least 5 years in a leadership role with performance review responsibilities

Complete understanding of a national insurance broker's sales and service platforms

Preferred insurance designation such as CPCU, CIC, or ARM

4-year college degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional designation
