The Hardware Asset Manager for the Service Excellence Team is responsible for overseeing the hardware lifecycle of end-user equipment. This includes working with global vendors to order, deploy, repair, and recycle hardware, as well as managing the annual budget.

Key Responsibilities :

Hardware Asset Management : Responsible for managing the global fleet of end user equipment and providing input into new models and standards including desktops, laptops, monitors, mobile phones, printers, and supporting accessories. Working with vendors and associates globally you will be responsible for ensuring old equipment is updated and appropriately recycled.

Team Leadership : Manages team leads and associates to ensure efficient service and positive user experience. Offers feedback, tracks metrics, mentors staff, and fosters collaboration. Optimizes tools and processes across Knowledge Management, AI / Automation, and Reporting by adopting new technologies.

V endor Management :

Ensures all vendors are providing metric based QBRs, with monthly tracking and reporting on each vendor's performance. Setting goals to improve vendor performance in alignment with Capital Group's strategic objectives.

Project Leadership :

Oversees team budgets, allocates resources, and identifies cost-saving strategies. Manages projects by defining tasks, tracking milestones, and reporting to the Senior Manager while ensuring deadlines are met and promptly escalating issues.

You have a bachelor's degree or similar work experience with ITAM.

You have 5+ years leading diverse technical or product focused teams.

You have expert knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Power BI

You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and present complex, data-driven insights

You possess strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and resources effectively

You are skilled in mentoring and coaching associates to enhance their performance, providing actionable and candid feedback, and holding associates accountable to performance expectations

You drive continuous improvement by establishing goals and utilize dashboards and metrics to foster collaboration around improvement efforts

You overcome challenges using creativity and teamwork

Southern California Base Salary Range : $136,858-$218,973

New York Base Salary Range : $145,077-$232,123

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
