Attorney Insurance Defense Attorney

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of insurance defense cases, representing clients in litigation and providing expert legal advice. The attorney will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop robust defense strategies while managing case timelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in insurance defense litigation cases in court and during depositions.
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and develop arguments.
• Manage client relationships by providing regular case updates and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to strategize case approaches.
• Participate in mediations and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Stay updated on legal developments and changes in insurance defense law.
