  • Licenses : Active Arizona medical license required (IMLC accepted; willing to license)
  • Board : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

  • Certifications : Not specified
  • Experience : Minimum 1 year in specialty
  • Other Qualifications : Must complete credentialing within 7 days of receiving application; case logs and vaccination records required

    • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide inpatient and outpatient urology coverage
  • Perform surgeries and in-clinic procedures as scheduled
  • Participate in night and weekend call coverage per rotation
  • Conduct patient consults, admissions, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with PA and support staff to maintain quality patient care
  • Complete all required documentation and medical records timely in Cerner EMR
  • Participate in credentialing, orientation, and compliance activities per facility policy
