We are seeking a skilled Truck Pusher to oversee and manage our Dirt Work Construction transportation operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of heavy equipment machinery, caliche, water, top soil and other cargo ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining compliance with regulations.

This position will report directly to the Transportation Manager.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement transportation strategies to optimize delivery efficiency
• Coordinate with drivers, Dirt Work Superintendent, Fleet and other team members to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor transportation costs and work towards cost reduction strategies
• E nsure compliance with safety regulations, truck inspections and company policies
• Review truck maintenance schedules and repairs
• Resolve any transportation-related issues or delays promptly
• Analyze transportation data to improve processes and performance
• Submit and review DOT trip and Oversize / over limit transportation permits
