Job Title : Concierge
Position Type : Full-Time (Tues.-Sat. 10am-6pm)
Pay Range : $20 / hour-$21 / hour

Position Overview
As the Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive service experience for our residents, families, and visitors. Your main responsibilities will be coordinating guest hospitality services, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining a strong relationship with staff across all departments. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, communication, and teamwork, and will be committed to exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Hospitality & Guest Services
- Greet visitors and provide tours of the facility, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed.
- Ensure room readiness process is complete and resident rooms are ready for new admissions.
- Welcome new admissions with a personalized greeting and welcome gift.
- Execute service-related activities to achieve customer satisfaction goals and improve resident experiences.
- Conduct daily rounds throughout the facility to engage with residents, families, and visitors, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with care services.
- Complete new admission, 24 and weekly evaluations for residents and share findings with leadership team.
Surveys & Feedback
Administer both 'Entry Surveys' and 'Exit Surveys' to residents to gather feedback and improve service quality.Conduct resident satisfaction surveys monthly and share findings with QAPI committee.Complete resident grievances and work with Social Work and Leadership team to ensure resolution.Building Support
Assist with ordering / maintaining inventory needs for facility, including office and medical supplies.Qualifications & Requirements
High School diploma or GED required.Experience in service-oriented environment, including retail and hospitality, required.Experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is preferred.Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and phone skills.Professional attitude with a willingness to accept new challenges.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer – M / F / D / V.
