Patriot is looking for a FP&A Manager / Finance Director. This position is primarily focused on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), with responsibility for driving budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and decision support. In addition, the position serves as a touch point for finance systems integration and process improvement efforts, ensuring that tools and workflows scale effectively with organizational growth. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills with an ability to modernize financial processes and support executive decision-making.
This position is an on-site position with the opportunity for a hybrid remote work schedule from our Webster, TX office.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the annual operating budget and rolling forecast processes, partnering with business leaders to ensure accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Prepare and deliver monthly variance analyses, KPI dashboards, and ad hoc reports to highlight business drivers and support informed decisions.
- Participate in month-end close, including accruals, journal entries, and financial reviews.
- Analyze and interpret financial and operational data, presenting actionable insights to management and stakeholders.
- Act as liaison between business teams and shared services / accounting groups to resolve inquiries and align reporting.
- Support business development activities with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and implement solutions that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
- Contribute to financial systems integration and optimization (ERP, BI, reporting tools), ensuring processes and controls are scalable and effective.
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning, risk analysis, and performance monitoring.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA) preferred.8+ years experience in FP&A with exposure to systems upgrades or finance transformation.Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with SQL, ERP systems, and data visualization tools is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey complex financial information to stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to prioritize, execute with detail, and adapt in a fast-changing environment.Proven business acumen, project management skills, and capability to influence cross-functional teams.Patriot is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
