Solicit referrals from patients post-treatment while at the same time tracking satisfaction with work provided. Contact patients / guarantors the day prior or the day of the appointment regarding fees due and to confirm the appointment. Communicate to office management if schedules are not filled for consults. Presenting treatment plans and giving estimates of treatment costs in an effective manner. Educating and discussing the Orthodontist's treatment plan after diagnosed and reviewed by the clinical staff with the patient. Ensure patients are cleared for treatment including all cleanings and restorations are validated before beginning treatment. Promoting and upholding the values of Orthodontic Partners in all aspects of the job. Exhibit excellent customer service and communicate with potential customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Ensure patients are compliant with appointments, financial obligations, send the appropriate communication leading up to or including termination from treatment. Drive results and strive to consistently achieve results and goals set forth by management. Other duties as required. Customer service or sales experience, along with dental knowledge preferred. Have excellent written and oral communication skills. Compassion and high level of service for our patients, parents, and staff. Integrity, always doing the right thing. Dependable, reliable to be at work when scheduled. Attention to detail. Able to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines. Professional manner and appearance at all times.
