About The Position

Job Title : X-Ray Tech

Experience :

Minimum Years of Experience : Must have OR experience.

License : ARRT, ODH certification.

Certifications : Associate degree in Allied Health with a major in Radiologic Technology, BLS is required through AHA.

Must-Have :

• Must have OR experience.
• Travel experience preferred.
• EPIC experience required.

Description :

Looking for shifts : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 3 : 30 PM to 1 : 00 AM.

Traveler will first float at the discretion of the facility.

Agencies will float in and out of specialty clusters.

Assigned duties may include supporting the nursing care team and high-risk respiratory unit.

Must be available to work every other weekend and holiday.

The facility reserves the right to cancel two shifts due to low census per contract duration.

Management can cancel the agreement with two weeks' notice without fee or fine.

Travelers are not eligible for employee incentives.

Independently performs diagnostic radiographic procedures utilizing proper techniques and administering contrast media.

Coordinates patient flow and the activities of the Radiology Department.

Exercises professional judgment in maintaining equipment.

May perform procedures in other imaging modalities based on departmental needs.

May have on-call responsibilities.

Submittal must include application and current reports.

All requests need to be on the front page of the application at the time of submission.

No requests will be negotiated after offer.

No more than 14 days of requested time off are allowed.

Facility does not accept any past license action.

Modules needed can average 18 to 24 hours.

Module hours are self-reported to management.
