"My name is Morgan.

I am currently the lead hygienist at Tedders Family and Implant Dentistry. It is with a heavy heart and due to important family obligations that I will be leaving Dr. Tedders practice.

Over the past year, Ive had the privilege of working under Dr. Tedders leadership. During this time, the practice has undergone a complete and inspiring transformation. In the last few months especially, with new administration in place, the office has fully embraced the philosophies that Dr. Tedders has always valued. Our patient focused, team lead office is seeking a compassionate hygienist with strong communication skills and a passion educating patients? In our office we don't "do dentistry", we change lives. Our growing dental practice is seeking a full time hygienist to join our team, care for our large family patients referred to as customers by corporate dentistry offices. We are seeking an honest, motivated individual for our 'big three focus philosophy : '

• Patients (Family)
• Practice (takes care of our family)

What Were Looking For :

• Minimum of 2 years experience (this is a must)
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Dentrix not required, however certainly a bonus

Responsibilities Include :

• Educating patients with the importance of oral care, and maintaining clear communications with front administration to ensure a seamless and exceptional patient experience.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and infection control protocols amongst entire clinical team

Competitive Wages

Pay range based on knowledge and experience $45.00-$55.00
