• Provide patient-centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.\n
• Administer medications, treatments, and post-surgical care as needed.\n
• Monitor patients' conditions, communicate changes to physicians, and adjust care plans accordingly.\n
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and follow-up care.\n
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.\n\nCandidate requirements\n
• Current RN license in Alabama.\n
• 1-2 years of recent experience in a medical-surgical unit is preferred.\n
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification is a plus.\n
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.\n
