Overview

Onsite in Dallas Metro Area. Must be a US Citizen with an Active DOD TS / SCI Clearance. Certifications : CompTIA Security+ (or must be willing to obtain within a month of joining the program)

Responsibilities

We are looking for a System Integration and Test Engineer with an active Top Secret SCI Clearance. Candidate will perform basic troubleshooting during testing in a Linux environment while working in an Agile / DevOps environment in collaboration with product owners and application developers. Day to day tasking involves an understanding of the testing process, preparing / executing software tests and composing defect reports. Automation experience is desired but not mandatory.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years experience defining and executing formal testing of software systems
  • Experience in test verification of requirements
  • Knowledge of the software development cycle
  • Knowledge of scripting
  • System administration skills
  • CompTIA Security+ (or must be willing to obtain within a month of joining the program)

Preferred

  • Experience with integration of different software systems (desirable)
  • Knowledge of web services and protocols like REST API, SOAP API (desirable)
  • Experience with Atlassian products like JIRA, Confluence (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Cloud technologies (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Automation tools like Cucumber (desirable)
