Overview
Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Systems Modeling Simulation Engineer (T01) or a Systems Modeling Simulation Engineer (T02). This position will be located at our Aeronautics Systems Sector in Melbourne, FL. The selected candidate will be expected to :
In this role, you will be asked to manage a team that conducts research, develops models, and performs analysis of a wide variety of system types to drive the development of requirements, refine existing requirements, and influence the pursuit of future technologies and capabilities. You will work within the Product Support organization on forward looking (projection based) metrics to status the health and capabilities of weapon systems. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and technical writing skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple technical tasks and present to leadership.

Primary Level Salary Range : $63,900.00 - $95,900.00 Secondary Level Salary Range : $77,200.00 - $115,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
