Family Law Attorney

Pay : $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Note : This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our clients Washington, DC office.

Note : The qualified candidate for this position must have an active Maryland law license and 5+ years of family law experience.

Job Description

• Lead complex family law cases including divorce, custody, child support, property division, and domestic violence matters
• Manage caseload independently from intake to resolution
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, depositions, and mediations
• Provide strategic advice and compassionate client service
• Mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys and colleagues
• Contribute to the continued growth of the family law practice
